SPDTrack provides a unique, secure, online solution that enables your SPD to track and manage expensive surgical instrument assets, to increase visibility into a very manual process and to increase control over processes, repairs and outside vendors.
Track Surgical Instrument Inventory
Manage surgical instruments online and assemble sets electronically. Store detailed set information including instruments, sterilization requirements, packaging, location, IFUs, and set usage. Identify missing, damaged or obsolete instruments.
Track productivity
Monitor inventory and personnel to identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Increase visibility into how your assets are being utilized. Use reporting metrics to determine proper allocation of resources and areas for improvement.
Track Loaner Sets
Log loaner sets and instruments that come in and out of your OR. Assign a unique user id to each vendor to grant access to enter in loaner set details. Your staff can then check the sets in and check them back out, eliminating uncertainty about missing loaner sets and inventory.
Track Repairs
Repair instruments proactively, based on actual instrument usage. Set repair intervals for sets and/or individual instruments, based on usage, rather than based on time.
